Eligibility

Products and pricing
All products are made to order. Product images are representations and slight variations in color, print placement, and fabric may occur due to the print-on-demand process. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit or cancel quantities.
Orders and payment
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or errors.
Made-to-order fulfillment
Because items are printed on demand, cancellation and return rights are limited as described in our Returns & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
Intellectual property
All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this site are the property of CageDrip or its licensors and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our intellectual property, or to interfere with the operation or security of the site.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CageDrip is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
