Made to order
CageDrip items are printed on demand just for you, so each order goes through a short production window before it ships. This lets us keep prices down and avoid waste from unsold inventory.
Production time
Orders are produced within 2 to 5 business days after purchase.
Shipping time
After production, estimated delivery within the United States is typically 3 to 7 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is generally 5 to 12 business days.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
Lost, delayed, or missing packages
If your tracking has not updated in 7 or more business days, or your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, email parkersites@outlook.com and we will help track it down.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once production begins we cannot reroute an order, and we are not responsible for orders shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout.
